Free as in freedom tax filing

We request that the IRS create a site that functions properly for users who disable Javascript on any given page, or who disable Javascript entirely from start to finish of the process of reporting tax data. The US government is currently considering "free" tax filing, and we require that the methods for filing be free as in freedom, and that they will not require use of nonfree software, including nonfree JavaScript.
